Veterinary release- 

Download the form and have your veterinarian complete. Your dog must be deemed healthy enough to receive massage and must be current on all required vaccinations. This is a simple form that your vets tech can easily complete.

Non-Vocal  Yes, your dog will be coming to a massage office. Other massage therapists and practitioners are seeing human clients in the adjoining rooms, so a “barker/whiner/vocalizer” would not be suited to that environment.

Non aggressive to people. I love dogs, but don’t want to get bit. If you’re not sure, give me a call and we can discuss your situation.
